More shoppers now ask AI assistants what to buy. Genview asks ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude the questions your customers are likely to ask, and checks whether your store is cited or recommended. For questions where it is not, Genview drafts articles written to be quoted by AI and found in search. Nothing is written to your store until you approve it.

Beyond that, and for published articles ($0.99 each), description drafts ($0.29 each) and FAQs ($0.15 each), charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Measurement beyond 30 questions is $1.00 each; rejections beyond 40 are $0.49 each. We ask before charging, automatic suggestions never add charges, and charges never exceed the cap you approve. We do not collect your customers’ personal information. Questions and product data are sent to AI providers (OpenAI, Perplexity, Anthropic) to get answers and drafts.
